At MB Pickles Spicy, we aim for customer satisfaction, but due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are limited:

1. No Return Policy

  • Returns of pickles or food items are not accepted.

2. Refunds Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit (photo/video proof required within 24 hours).

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and paid.
